OBF was founded by Adel Bseiso, a technology entrepreneur with decades of experience building and leading creative and tech-driven ventures.
Born in Palestine and raised in the United States, Adel has served as founder, CEO, creative director, and board member across multiple companies, and is also an accomplished songwriter and music producer. His personal history is at the heart of what OBF is and why it exists. He understands firsthand what it means to carry a connection to a place and to a people who have spent generations fighting to be heard.

Litigation finance is when a third party, like OBF, funds a case's legal costs in exchange for a share of the proceeds if the case is won or settled. It allows plaintiffs to pursue valid claims without bearing the financial burden themselves.
It means that if your case does not succeed, you owe OBF nothing. We take on the financial risk so that you don't have to.
